How do I run my first scan?

Go to the free audit and enter your company's URL. TofuBofu reads the site, guesses your name, description, competitors and where you sell (see "geo scope" below), and asks you to confirm each guess before the scan runs.

Confirming matters more than it looks: getting local versus national wrong skews every question the scan asks. If you serve one country or a set of cities, say so on the confirm step rather than leaving the default.

The scan then asks each of six AI engines the buying and awareness questions a real prospect would type, records whether each engine names your company, and builds the report while you watch, engine by engine, live.

How long it takes

The free scan runs on the fastest sampling depth (one call per question, no retries), so it is built to answer in about a minute rather than make you wait. Paid plans sample adaptively (a second call only when the first two disagree), which is slower but steadier.

What you get back

A report with your AI Visibility Index (the headline number: what share of engine answers name you), a per-question breakdown of who each engine named instead of you, and a set of fixes you can act on. Paid plans add a fixes engine that drafts the content those fixes need.
