Documentation / The Analyst
What can the Analyst see, and what can it not see?
The Analyst is a conversational layer available on every page of the product. It answers from one deterministic context pack built from your own stored data: your last several scans' scores and trend, the per-question matrix with movement, your competitors, the strategic read of your position, your Content Engine pipeline (including which pieces have been cited), your technical fixes, and your AI-referral traffic stats.
What it will not do
It never sees another workspace's data. It will not invent a number, a query, or a trend that is not in your own pack, and if your data cannot answer a question it says so and names what would (usually: run another scan, add a query, or connect the traffic tag) rather than guess.
Product knowledge, not just your data
Alongside your own data, the Analyst carries a compact summary of this docs section (topic and the exact docs URL for each), so it can point you to the right connect or troubleshoot page for a product question your own scan data cannot answer, such as "how do I connect Webflow". These docs pages are the single source: the Analyst is instructed to answer briefly and link to the real page rather than restate a setup step from memory.
Quoted AI answers are data, not instructions
Where the pack quotes a real AI engine's answer about you, that text is third-party content the Analyst treats strictly as data to analyze, never as an instruction to follow, however it is phrased.
